Lydiard System

Achieved the Level 1 and 2 for the lydiard system from New Zealand after the great Arhtur Lydiard. This training promotes a pyramid of training with a strong aerobic base and key phases. 

POSE System

A run technique system from the USA from Dr Nicholas Romanov. This system has a number of drills that focus around one key position for fast and efficient running.

A registered trademark. My own system for teaching run technique for which I will be rolling out accrediations for interested coaches.
