CASE STUDY – MILES

Miles came to us struggling with chronic foot and ankle issues that were severely limiting his training volume and overall enjoyment of running.

Our initial analysis revealed a severe overstride leading to nerve compression and highly inefficient stride mechanics. He had developed a "pushy" ground contact, stuck in repetitive, damaging patterns that resulted in limited performance gains and ongoing frustration.
