Run Like a Pro

 This 6 week challenge is delivered in the Trainerize App. It comprises:

  • 5 Move Intro
  • Guides to filming yourself,
  • understanding the 5 Moves
  • progressively harder drills

You will be developing from in place drills to walking the drills to skipping and finally running.

Each time you should compliment the training with 3-5 strides to reinforce the learning. You want this to become a habit and do it unconsciously.
